YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Tomorrow (June 28th 2022) I will be attending the third of four RFU organised Honda Rugby Grounds Connected events in my capacity of a volunteer pitch advisor (VPA) for the RFU.

The event will take place at Broadstreet Rugby Football Club, The Ivor Preece Centre, Binley Woods CV3 2AY.

By the end of this event, you will:

• Have had the opportunity to have your questions answered by Q&A expert panels.
• Have gained an understanding of various different systems and areas including GMA, Woodwards, PSD, Parkways and Origin Amenity Solutions through demos & educational sessions.
• Have the opportunity to hear from keynote speaker, England Rugby head grounds person Jim Buttar and gain first hand insight into what it takes to prepare a pitch at Twickenham for an international match.
• Have gained an understanding of the Reward & Recognition opportunities for volunteers.
• Have had the opportunity to mix and interact with local grounds teams.
• There will be a number of RFU partners carrying out some demonstrations and promoting a number of products and services that will help clubs improve the quality of their playing surfaces.

Myself and other volunteer pitch advisors will also be on hand all day to answer any questions.
