NEW GRASS SEED PARTNERSHIP

Barenbrug UK, the grower of seed for amenity uses, has partnered with Advance Grass Solutions (AGS) - the independent sports turf agronomy and product provider - to provide grass seed solutions to turf managers.

The agreement, effective today (1st November 2021), sees Barenbrug become sole grass seed supplier to AGS of sports, lawns and landscaping grass seed products, including the full Sport Range in the famous yellow bag. A large proportion of this seed is home-grown, with more than 3,500 hectares of grass seed produced every year in the UK by British farmers.

AGS, was formed in 2017 from merging the specialist turf division of the former Countrywide Farmers plc with the long-established Grassroots Trading Co.
